Registrations are through the VVS website.
Registrations start on June 13, 2024 at 20:00 (CET).
When registering, please indicate your choice of accommodation and the dietary preferences for all participants you are registering.
You can stay overnight in one of the following ways:
- In a single room (bring your own sleeping bag or sheets and pillowcase).
- Tent
- Mobile home
You are welcome to arrive at Bernardfagne in the evening.
After check-in, you can set up your sleeping place and enjoy a drink at the bar.
Further information will be provided later.
Saturday revolves around cave tours, but there will also be activities for non-cavers.
During breakfast you can register for a cave tour or other activity.
After the cave tour/activity or another activity, there will be a reception and the traders' stands will be open.
We end the day with a dinner and a party.
After breakfast, there will be workshops and presentations you can attend.
You can also visit the traders' stands.
After lunch, we expect everyone to help clean up the grounds and the local area.
